Diagnostic and Treatment Evaluation

The free first step is a brief telephone screening. The $265.00 evaluation includes an approximately 90-minute initial meeting, a paper self-report you complete and return, roughly 1–1½ hours of Dr. Berchick’s preparation, and a follow-up clinical interview normally lasting at least 90 minutes to determine fit and discuss a proposed treatment outline.

Weekly sessions

$225.00 for 55–60 minutes. Treatment duration depends on goals and the nature of the concerns.
